about uprising

on earth as it is in heaven
the pursuit of Jesus, the Father's heart and the Spirit led life

Uprising began in 2007 as a gathering of young people coming together to cry out to the Lord to reveal Himself in our generation. Year after year, young people from across the country have come to Chicago to join in on what the Lord is stirring up in the hearts of our youth. Our passion is to see a generation of young people transformed by the love of the Father fully confident and fully equipped at His coming. Our vision is: 1. To call forth and raise up a generation who have a deep understanding and experience of the Father’s Love, and have revelation of who they are in Christ. 2. To equip and train them with foundational tools to creatively and effectively build God’s Kingdom. 3. To cast vision and mobilize young people to move forward into their destiny, and to align them with what Holy Spirit is doing in this hour. We believe that the Lord is coming back soon, and we want to be a people who will be found faithful and ready on that day. We want to be confident and unashamed at His coming, fully prepared to bring healing to the nations and to build His Kingdom. See you at Uprising!
